Saying no to sweet treats and finding out so many things that I was eating that had unnecessary sugar has been eye opening. The amount of sugar I could have eaten if I "just had one" is mind blowing.
Today I had a high fiver breakfast and lunch and I am not even temped to purchase a brownie from the culinary department. It will be interesting to see if I have cravings after school and tonight since that's when they are the worst. Maybe I am over the craving hump? I hope so.
