Day 2

Despite having a good protein/fiber packed breakfast I was hungry and a bit shaky before lunch. Thankfully I had a filling lunch, however I noticed as soon as I drove out of the school parking lot I was craving chocolate bad! I assume that is because my after school snack as been some kind of sugary candy bar. I had a banana when I got home which did help. We had Spanish tonight so dinner was after 7 and we were both starving. My sugar craving came back afterwards. Again, I like to have a sugary snack before bed so I am not surprised.

I noticed I slept much better only waking up once, due to a headache, but went right back to sleep. Also my restless legs seemed less restless. And most importantly, I have made it thru another day!
