Day 3

Sunday:
Woke up with a headache, definitely think it was the weather as it was more in my face than my head. Had the almond flour pancakes again only this time without strawberries. Again I felt full throughout the day, and really was not even hungry when it came time for dinner. Speaking of dinner I made grilled chicken salads and instead of ranch dressing (which as a ton of added sugar) I had olive oil and salt. Honestly it tasted pretty good! Not sure if I hit my 25 grams of fiber, but I had no sugar cravings!!
