"Just one"
Tuesday:
Today is teacher appreciation day, so someone brought in a ton of baked goods for breakfast, including Allie's doughnuts. I love Allie's doughnuts. They are the best doughnuts in the history of doughnuts, but I am on my 30 days of no added sugar and Allie's is filled with the white stuff :-(

As I type this I am sitting in the same room and said Allie's doughnuts. I want one so bad. It's a special treat devil me says, "Just one." Honestly the whole "Just one" is what is keeping me from those yummy fresh doughnuts. "Just one" that's what an alcoholic says before they end up on a drinking binge. "Just one" is what I say pretty much each and every day.
I messed up once and had to restart my 30 days, I do not want to do it again. I am already down 3 pounds in a week even with the Cadbury egg screw up. I miss being thin, I miss wanting to buy clothings and looking nice, and most importantly I do not want to become a slave to sugar. These things are more important to me than a doughnut...even if it is an Allie's.
