"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"
Monday:
Monday mornings are hard for me, I mean I hate mornings to begin with but Monday mornings are the worst. I slept terrible last night due to anxiety so I slept in and missed breakfast. I definitely missed it! I was starving by lunch. I had chicken fried rice for lunch with had a good amount of fiber so that help. I was crazy tired and took a nap but I think that had to do with not having much sleep the night before. I also had a faceache due to the weather.
The only sugar cravings I had was in the evening and the cherry tomatoes and blueberry's helped to curve the cravings.
